Otter Products is currently recruiting for a Business Transformation Specialist to join our Supply Chain team! In this role you will use your professional experience, concepts and company objectives to serve as a change agent toward achieving business transformation objectives. This individual contributor will collaborate with cross-functional individuals and teams to design and implement systems and IT solutions to improve current business management processes. Serving as a subject matter expert in key areas, the Business Transformation Specialist will assist in guiding Otter Products toward achieving employee engagement objectives by modelling servant leadership. The successful candidate will have knowledge of change management, process improvement and manufacturing principles, along with project management experience. You must possess strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and/or Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, as well as have exceptional analytical and planning skills. Responsibilities

  • Serve as M3 (current Enterprise Resource Planning system) subject matter expert

  • Translate business requirements into IT system requirements and partner with IT on implementation

  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, and cross functional Supply Chain and Distribution teams on the design and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning and/or Material Requirements Planning systems solutions

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Otter Products' master data requirements.

  • Responsible for transforming manual business management processes into scalable systems / IT solutions

  • Collaborate on, and participate in multiple business transformation initiatives throughout the year

  • Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment

  • Other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. Five or more years of experience in lieu of degree may be considered.

  • Minimum four years of experience within Supply Chain and Business Transformation / IT Systems

  • Experience in a high volume manufacturing environment and global distribution is required

  • APICS or Supply Chain Certification is preferred

  • Experience with injection molding and mixed commodity assemblies preferred

The Business Development Manager is responsible for the acquisition, retention and growth of mutually beneficial partnerships between Ent Credit Union and high potential community organizations and businesses (Select Employer Groups) within a defined community/area. Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of "Knowledge Consistent with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and 2+ years' of accounting experience" could be substituted for a High School Diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a Master's Degree in Accounting and 0 years of work experience.
