Fusion Medical Staffing is searching for a Business Transformation and Optimization Manager to oversee the Business Transformation and Optimization (BTO) team. In this role you will be responsible for the planning, execution and completion of improvement projects aimed at improving efficiency, productivity and profitability. You will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders and coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure sustainability of end-to-end solutions and successful project outcomes.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for understanding the current state of key business processes at Fusion and identifying step-change improvement opportunities leveraging lean tools and methodologies.

  • Responsible for working closely with Director, Strategic Initiatives and Business Solutions to document BTO process standards and best practices.

  • Collaborate closely with key business leaders and the Fusion Prioritization Team (FPT) to assess resource requirements for upcoming projects.

  • Oversees and delivers effective facilitation and project management for cross-functional business teams in support of improvement initiatives.

  • Supports teams with the identification of improvement opportunities by analyzing key performance indicators and metrics to find improvement opportunities and assist in providing cost-effective solutions utilizing six-sigma analysis tools and techniques.

  • Serve as consultant, mentor, and advisor in the application of process and continuous improvement tools and methods including the education on such tools and methodologies within organization.

  • Implements change management strategies to ensure buy-in and support for business optimization initiatives, to include communications planning and implementation.

  • Ensures consistent capturing of voice of the customer to identify pain points in processes and solutions.

  • Drives best practices in portfolio management while ensuring alignment with other critical teams.

  • Ensures fact-based and data-driven approaches to identifying improvement initiatives and demonstrating sustained results.

  • Accelerates Fusion's cross functional improvements through outstanding collaboration and networking.

  • Recruit, develop, and retain individuals with the skills, attitude, and experience necessary to achieve goals/commitments as part of a high-performing, cohesive team including direct mentorship and management of the BTO team.

  • Skilled in performing project/prioritization management to support the completion of multiple tasks and projects within established deadlines

  • Monitoring and managing to Business Transformation and Optimization team budget.

  • Leading enterprise projects, as needed

Work Environment

This position operates as a hybrid position and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Work environment defined:

Local - position has in-office requirements and would require employee to live in the local area

Hybrid - position has weekly in-office requirements but ability to work from home as well, would require employee to live in the local area

Remote - no in-office requirements, employee would not need to live in the local area

Position Type/Expected hours worked

This is a full-time position, and standard hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST (flexible start/end times with manager discretion). Regular and punctual attendance is required

Required Education and Experience

  • Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
  • 5 Years
  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma Initiatives and Project Management
  • 5 Years
  • Experience in Business Optimization or other related field
  • 5 Years
  • Experience managing people/teams
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field

  • Demonstrated ability to systematically analyze data and to present back in an organized and succinct manner. While this is normally done with a Bachelor's degree or significant certification, those are not hard requirements.

Compensation

131,240.00 - 140,760.00 USD Annual
