Requirements

Hold appropriate Indiana teachers license

Demonstrate knowledge of state standards

Possess an ability to support and guide adults as well as students

Have strong written and verbal communication skills

Possess organization and time-management skills

Proficiency in internet use

An ability to learn new technology tools

Allow for a flexible schedule

Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with school administrators, staff, students, parents and community partners

Have the ability to travel to meet with community business partners

Prior knowledge (or willingness to learn through professional development, etc.) of computer science principles

Other duties as assigned

Valid Indiana teaching license with the appropriate certification

Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance

Leave days and Sick days

2 weeks off for winter break

1 week off for fall and spring break
