Who we're looking for

Toyota's Service, Parts and Accessory Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Business Systems Support Senior Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and support day to day activities surrounding Service, Parts and Accessory Development (SPAD) Accessory Management System (AMS).

Reporting to the Business Strategy, System and Analytics Manager, the person in this role will support the Service, Parts and Accessory department's objective to maintain all aspects of the Accessory Management System (AMS).

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and administer the gathering of business requirements and priorities with our Information Technology partners for the Toyota Accessory Management System (AMS)

  • Provide core support for all SPAD systems, including AMS, Project Web Application (PWA), and Accessory Sales Guide (ASG) including user access, troubleshooting, enhancements and fix it tickets

  • Assure projects have lead resources/product management to support activities outlined

  • Provide assistance in completing business requirements

  • Identify defects and initiate correct action with IT on AMS issues

  • Coordinate and handle all incoming AMS issue tickets and coordinate resolution with support team

  • Function as key liaison between business and IT on all activities requiring interacts on AMS

  • Provide system support/training to required Business Groups on new AMS modules after launch

What you bring

  • BS (or higher) in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related analytical field or experience in strongly analytical field

  • Experience either in the technical execution or in business process development

  • Experience and knowledge in data analysis and presenting results to management

  • Experience with data systems and report development, including determination of user needs, available data, aggregation of data, etc.

  • Ability to effectively manage problems under time constraints and with minimal guidelines and supervision

  • Experience in developing business cases, justifying proposed expenditures, presenting and persuading audiences to support your initiatives

Added bonus if you have:

  • MBA or Master's degree

  • Experience with Toyota Accessory Management System (all modules within AMS system) and interface with required other TMNA systems

  • Experience with Toyota business systems and procedures.

  • Experience in ERP, End to End process, benchmarking or performance metrics

You will partner with Business Groups to ensure delivery of applications aligned to the business and IT strategy, as well as the support of those applications. You will work with Business Groups to define their global IT requirements and to analyze appropriate solutions. You will lead projects from inception to completion with matrix, global teams.
