We're after a Business Systems Manager who can balance and triage project activities that move the business forward while simultaneously maintaining the systems used today. You will be successful in this role because you have hands-on management experience with strong business and technical skills, and enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment, with all departments on the lead to cash process: Sales, Marketing, Support, Experience and Finance/Accounting to ensure appropriate capacity and prioritization is applied towards systems delivery. This is a highly cross-functional role, and the ideal candidate is empathetic, data-driven, and a self-starter who is passionate about driving impact through process improvement, teamwork, organization and data analysis.

What you'll own:

  • Develop and implement CRM and ERP lead to cash roadmap ensuring requests from the key stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Support, and Finance/Accounting are being effectively qualified, prioritized, and executed

  • Work closely with business units to understand business needs and map to lead to cash processes and application requirements

  • Build and manage the CRM and ERP team of business analysts consistent with business needs. Keep CRM and ERP team aligned with business objectives

  • Manage user support and administration including training needs, working with business stakeholders

  • Help set the long-term vision for Salesforce, support tooling & systems, and related internal processes

  • Partner with leadership across the organization to understand key business priorities that support the lead to cash process

  • Collect feedback from global support, product, ops, sales, finance and marketing to effectively architect solutions and drive successful system / process rollouts

  • Scope business requirements and be a key business partner with our Salesforce and ERP Business Systems team, who will own and execute on building out our lead to cash solution

  • Design, lead and execute global system and process rollouts in partnership with key Business Stakeholders

Experience you'll need:

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience

  • Senior-level Salesforce and ERP management experience in the lead to cash process

  • Applied knowledge of Salesforce and ERP systems with professional experience managing the needs of various types of system users in a typical enterprise business and understanding how they use the system to perform their jobs to meet business needs

  • Understanding and experience with end to end system integrations and overall business system landscapes

  • Leadership and management experience

  • Experience with sales or support systems related to process design, process optimization, program management, customer support strategy or quality assurance

  • Experience facilitating behavior change within organizations

  • Experience designing, optimizing and documenting process flows

Job Description The Product Support Analyst assists in safeguarding Pluralsight's revenue by using analytical skills to minimize consumer fraud and to proactively prevent chargebacks.
