About the Role:

As the Business Systems Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our core business systems. You'll be a technical expert with a passion for golf, overseeing the integration and optimization of our CRM (Salesforce), ERP (NetSuite), data integration platform (Boomi), and a wide range of connected software.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Club Champion's Salesforce instance, ensuring efficient data capture, reporting, and automation of sales and customer service processes.

  • Oversee the company's NetSuite implementation, maintaining data integrity, streamlining financial processes, and ensuring system functionality aligns with business needs, collaborating closely with the Finance team.

  • Possess deep expertise in Boomi to configure and maintain data integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, Avalara (tax compliance), Concur (expense management), data warehouse, and other critical systems.

  • Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and functionality through automation, process optimization, and system integrations, considering the impact on both business operations and financial reporting.

  • Provide value-added input and alternatives, facilitating requirements definition whenever appropriate to ensure solutions meet current and future business needs.

  • Manage multiple projects/solutions for various business areas, prioritizing tasks and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.

  • Manage internal/external resources as "virtual" project teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication to achieve project goals.

  • Act as an active change agent within the organization, challenging the team and business to improve, innovate, and excel.

  • Work collaboratively with IT, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable system improvements.

  • Stay up to date on the latest technology trends and advancements in the CRM, ERP, data integration, tax/expense management software space, and financial systems.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation for onboarding new team members and ensuring knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a business systems analyst or manager role.

  • Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.

  • In-depth knowledge of NetSuite functionalities and best practices.

  • Expertise in Boomi or a similar data integration platform.

  • Experience with Avalara, Concur, or similar tax compliance and expense management software a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and troubleshoot system issues.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments, including Finance.

  • Passion for golf a plus.
