Wealth and Investment Management Cross LOB Compliance Analytics and Reporting team is seeking an individual with a combination of unique skills. These include a strong understanding of our firm's risk and compliance reporting environment and inter-connectivity of data points such as business hierarchy, source, issue, and corrective actions data. He/she must be able to apply problem solving skills, advanced technical skills and experience working within the risk and compliance data environment. This individual must be comfortable working with data and environments that continue to evolve and are subject to change. The ability to quickly identify changes, access their potential impact and implement appropriate changes to existing reports will be critical to success in this role. In addition to high level technical skills this position requires an individual that is highly consultative, and capable of combining data gathering, analytics, and business insights to deliver insightful findings and actionable information to business leaders. Success in this role also will require someone that is comfortable forming strong, trusted and collaborative relationships with key partners.
Responsibilities will include:
Develop and manage new reporting solutions based on the most appropriate applications (e.g. Excel, SharePoint, SQL or Tableau). Tasks include:
Review existing processes and procedures
Document business requirements and functionality that will determine a successful a solution
Provide options to solve requests including mock-ups, test reports or reporting in a development environment
Maintain lines of communication collect feedback and provide routine status reports
Apply strong time management and prioritization skills to formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected initiatives
Maintain integrity of reporting based on work with technology and business partners
As required perform UAT testing of views, stored procedures and SSRS reporting.
Support projects and/or initiatives that conform to corporate/regulatory policy requirements.
Be flexible and willing to take on new or ad-hoc projects on short notice.
A successful candidate will possess the following:
Comfortable thinking "outside the box" to find creative solutions to unique requests
Significant experience in analyzing, complex problems and developing and operational solutions
Proven ability to navigate through ambiguity and maintain momentum driving for results and clarity in uncertain situations
Must be a proactive self-starter who values personal accountability

Strong process and facilitation skills with experience in project management
