This position will provide oversight for the analysis and translation of business needs into business/technical requirements. The role leads teams and other resources to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements for complex issues (quantity and magnitude). This person will also act as a representative of IT to the Enterprise regarding Enterprise Initiatives.
Must Have Skills:
1. 8+ years of related IT work experience, required. 2. MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE Healthcare Industry experience, preferable Medicare or Medicaid 3. Need to be heavy hitters in writing BRD's 4. Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited university/ Graduate studies or professional development activities preferred 5. Experience with implementation and integration of care management applications including commercially available products and proprietary systems is preferred. Includes experience with ETL (extract, transform, load) and message oriented middleware technologies and architectures. 6. Knowledge of Healthcare Management operations preferred. Includes experience with technology related to utilization management, provider network and contracting, pricing, medical policy, quality and other care management domains. 7. Demonstrated experience in a key lead role in major company initiatives and demonstrated leadership experience. 8. Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies/approaches strongly preferred

VIEW JOBS 11/11/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-09T00:00 The Digital Capability Management (DCM) role has accountability for the delivery and ongoing operational support for capabilities within the Clinical, Medical, and Regulatory area of Enterprise Architecture and Platforms. In this role, the DCM will be responsible for end to end capability ownership (implementation to retirement), including: * Serving as a point of contact and escalation to ensure system availability and incident resolution. * Leading operational activities such as maintenance and break-fix releases, security assessments, regulatory risk assessments, incident response, etc. * Communicating with stakeholders and partners across IT and Business functions. * Working closely with IT Business Partners to define a 5 year strategic and financial roadmap. * Estimating implementation and ongoing operational costs for new and established capabilities. * Collaborating with a matrix team (i.e., Business, Enterprise Architecture, Data Management, etc.) to analyze solutions and develop a business case. * Co-authoring, reviewing, and approving regulatory and operational documentation. * Performing demand management and prioritization on enhancements and new features.
