The Operations division is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our digital product teams focused on delivering value within the client onboarding experience. From a seamless onboarding workflow that includes a contact profile and account opening system to online and mobile applications for clients and our branch teams, we combine operational efficiency with design thinking and agile delivery within a product management framework. We work with key stakeholders and business partners from across the firm to help deliver an onboarding experience that enables human-centered complete wealth management
Liaison between IS and other divisional stakeholders to maintain, enhance or integrate firm systems and data by proactively identifying divisional technology opportunities or serving on a formal project team in support of new systems and data.
Supports one or more moderately complex business processes.
Create and maintain business process models, data flows, prototypes, business requirements, use cases and test cases.
Create and execute multiple project plans at the same time of moderate complexity.
Execute and present written and verbal business systems impact analysis resulting in identification of new systems and data with low to moderate impact.
Understanding of divisional systems and impacts of change
Assist in business case development for new systems and data
Bachelor's degree is required with emphasis in Computer Science or MIS strongly preferred (or relevant work experience).
Working knowledge of standard Business System Analyst principles and practices.
2 years of experience designing and implementing functional systems and data in a structured process.
Ability to research data definition, usage, and flow to gain expertise in existing systems.
The ability to multi-task and work with leader to prioritize assigned tasks / projects.
Strong relationship management, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Advanced troubleshooting skills to investigate, resolve and escalate problems. Identifies need for technical assistance to help in problem resolution.
Associate must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to effectively communicate with cross divisional leaders using verbal, written and presentations skills.
Ability to summarize moderately complex business cases, system information and concepts and clearly communicate to divisional leadership.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to provide working system prototypes and scenario modeling.
Ability to learn evolving firm reporting technology platforms (Tableau, BI tools)
Intermediate understanding of data warehouse concepts.
Ability to execute pre-existing project plans.
