Business Systems Analyst

Grow your career as a successful Business Systems Analyst within Trisept Solutions. In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting our product development teams in troubleshooting bugs, maintaining brand configurations and participate in user acceptance testing. You should be comfortable working with both our product support and Synapse product development teams using your strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. We are seeking several positions across our B2B, B2C, and supplier API links.

A successful Business Systems Analyst will:

• Triage and troubleshoot system issues to determine impact, cause, and assignment.

• Prepare confirmed issues for product development teams.

• Gather details needed to support projects and production issue resolution.

• Provide expertise on existing system functionality.

• Maintain the knowledge of brand configurations and how platform configurations work.

• Make configuration changes to resolve system issues and support project work when needed.

• Develop and maintain training material as a subject matter expert.

• Assist in coordinating and performing user acceptance testing for configuration or system-related changes.

• Demonstrate a commitment to ALG core values.

A successful Business Systems Analyst will have:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• 2 years in Analyst related role or travel industry experience, related call center/operations/product build area

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to research & solve complex issues independently

• Ability to self-manage and work both independently and collaboratively with great team spirit

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of prioritizing projects and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines.

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, ability to plan and achieve a variety of tasks.

• Flexible in taking on new challenges.
