Job Description

Business Systems Analyst

Looking for an individual with experience in management of business enterprise solutions to support Wafer fabrication, to serve as the Business Systems Analyst.

This individual will be supporting the management of several business enterprise solutions, accounting for current ones utilized within wafer fabrication plus any additional that might acquire and implement. Individual will support the implementation, development, enhancement and usage of our Manufacturing Business Systems (SAP, Promis, FabTime), working in partnership with Production Control, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Finance and IT. Develop business procedures to ensure data integrity within the systems. Perform operational/planning systems model analysis, coordinate and/or suggest activities identified to support improvements required within the factory to satisfy required Production levels based on Demand/Forecast.

Job Responsabilities

Develop, implement and manage manufacturing & planning business systems.
Day-to-day operational systems analysis and validation, troubleshooting system failures, analyzing planning / capacity results, formulates and suggests system enhancements.
Develop and support reports and dashboards in PowerBI and Excel (VBA).
Support implementation and continuous improvement of Advanced Planning System in Wafer Fabs.
Maintains master data integrity within systems like SAP, PROMIS (MES), FabTime, Advanced Planning System, and other Databases.
Support the end-user community by providing research, analysis and problem resolution to team members.
Using strong analytical, consultative and communication skills, gather and document business requirements.
Negotiate technical and non-technical solutions that both satisfy the business user and conform to the technical architecture.
Trains users in conversion and implementation of new systems.
Actively demonstrate a passion for continuous improvement focused on end user productivity.

Education

Bachelor in Industrial Engineer, Computer Science, or similar

Skills & Experience

Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience within a Semiconductor Company.

Experience with PowerBI, is preferred.

Experience with Promis (MES) and SAP, is preferred.

Advanced Microsoft Excel and VBA programming skills

Experience in manufacturing, building reports and data analysis.

Manufacturing/Production Control environment and a well understanding of the supply chain.

Excellent data analysis skills

About the team: As part of Skyworks' global operations, the wafer manufacturing group supports the high-volume production of our wafers to meet the growing demand for our solutions. This team is committed to delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and differentiated products utilizing GaAs HBT and pHEMT technologies, in addition to supporting other fast-emerging processes. Our team members work closely with all organizations within Skyworks to deliver superior performance in a fast-paced environment. By joining our wafer manufacturing team, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the company's growth and success. As a Business System Analyst, you'll be coordinating with Process Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and Equipment Operators to identify and build fault detection classification (FDC) plans. Also, you'll write up user case flowchart/diagrams after collaborating with tool operators and process engineers on effective automation processing for production. You'll build the necessary FDC reporting items in the established FDC software application, which includes building application dictionaries, charting, and implementing both soft and hard interdiction to tools via particular software API's. As a Business System Analyst, you'll be coordinating with Process Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and Equipment Operators to identify and build fault detection classification (FDC) plans.
