About the role:

As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You'll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self- motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.

What you will be doing:

• Identifying strategies as well as improvement opportunities while also reengineering processes for greater efficiency.

• Selecting hardware, software and vendors.

• Conducting tests to ensure changes made by programmers are correct.

What you will need:

• Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
• A bachelor's in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience - Master's degree is desirable.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $87,430.00 - $146,880.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.

Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
