After code is tested in QA, the BSA coordinates User Acceptance Testing with the business owners

4+ years previous business analyst experience (or related experience) in a Software development environment
Experience with developing/documenting business requirements, functional specifications and process
Experience in developing use case documentation, business process flows, logic flows, and sequence diagrams
1+ years in the inmate telecommunications industry preferred
CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional) Certification
CSM (Certified Scrum Master) Certification
CPO (Certified Product Owner) Certification
Experience with Axure Software
Experience with Jira (or similar software)
