You are:

A detail orientated individual who will develop optimum systems and workflows as a business representative in IT business analysis, design, code review, testing, and project management.

You are hard working and will be accountable to represent business needs during elicitation of requirements, assist with data modeling and process/system design, system diagnosis, coding, and project management through testing.

You Will:

Serve as liaison between the business stakeholders, IT staff, and offshore IT contractors supporting and improving enterprise applications

Monitor the efficiency, effectiveness, and stability of global PBGSS software applications and tools; effectively reporting deficiencies.

Lead or participate in cross functional teams, both onshore and offshore, in all steps addressing suboptimal software applications, workflows, data flows, and systems

Devise plans and direct actions to remove customized code where possible.

Elicit stakeholder requirements and revision to standardized requirements, mockups, SIPOCs, wireframes, etc. as required to document actionable technical and functional requirements to standards

Your Background

As a Business Systems Analyst / Project Manager, you have:

Demonstrated 4 years success in Business Analysis, agile development, business application development

Demonstrated domain knowledge of global client product technical and installation support

Demonstrated success with data models and coding related to of SAP,, GE/ServiceMax, Oracle, MS SQL databases, architectures, and queries

Ability to work from continental US or EU


A Bachelor's degree in IT Business / Systems analysis, design, coding, project management or equivalent
