This role will involve working independently with minimal guidance and serving as a resource for less experienced colleagues.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a relevant business analysis role.Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Requirements Gathering: Prepare for and lead sessions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to elicit requirements.
- Documentation: Document business requirements and translate them into user stories.
- Data Mapping: Collaborate with technical SMEs to develop comprehensive data mapping documents for system integration projects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure clear communication of requirements and solutions.
- Analysis: Investigate operational requirements and problems, identifying effective business solutions to enhance existing processes and systems.
- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business SMEs.
- Document and translate requirements into actionable user stories.
- Begin developing data mapping for system integrations.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage an aggressive project timeline while maintaining thorough documentation and stakeholder engagement.Must-Have Qualifications:
- Facilitation of requirements gathering sessions.
- Experience preparing data mapping documents.
- Proficiency in writing user stories.
- Knowledge of the energy and utilities sector.
- Experience in the utility sector.
- Assertive self-starter with a proactive approach.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with JIRA or similar tools.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.
