Key responsibilities:

The Business Systems Analyst will be working as part of a multi-skilled team responsible for supporting, developing and delivering the Informa Naviga Global System.

Naviga is a leading e-commerce system specializing in digital ad services. Naviga is a key strategic system to increase revenue for Informa by adding new and expanding existing product lines.

The role is a great opportunity for a person to gain knowledge of advertising monetization programs as well as formal IT, data analytics, and financial processes.

Informa is a progressive company therefore engaging with business stakeholders in driving improvements and enhancements is a key requirement..

This role reports to the Naviga product owner in the Oracle Practice Team.

Key Areas of Responsibility/Accountability

This role will assist the product owner support and develop the Naviga e-Commerce systems.

• You will maintain the Naviga system to ensure it is available to meet the business needs.

• Produce reports ad-hoc and month end.

• Monitor inbound and outbound interfaces.

• Assist with business users with data analysis.

• You will be a key person in assisting with support and project tasks relating to the Naviga System and associated processes.

• You will also be expected to follow the controls and governance practices within Informa.

• You will collaborate with functional, technical teams within Informa and with Naviga Global externally.

• You will also be a key point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring the system and processes meet business needs.
