CSL Behring, a leading global biopharmaceutical company, is looking for a full-time Business Systems Analyst who will be responsible for specializing in understanding the business usage of information technology and enabling technology to add value to the business. This role has a focus on eliciting requirements and designing technology solutions according to identified business needs in collaboration with Process Owners, Developers, Vendors and stakeholders.

  • Supports: Business solutions in the following areas Enterprise wide Identity and Access Management (IAM)

  • Deliverables May Include: User Requirement Specifications, Functional Specification, Configuration Specification, Design Specification, System Operations Procedure, Test Cases, Demos and prototypes of proposed and planned IAM integration

  • Provide support for the following software: IAM: SailPoint IIQ, SailPoint SSO, SailPoint Security IQ

Key Responsibilities:

Analyzing and Defining requirements

  • Responsible for the elicitation and analysis of requirements in collaboration with Process Owners, Developers, Vendors and stakeholders, and effectively translating these into functional /configuration requirements of the target solution. Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of systems analysis to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions.

Design and Configuration

  • Responsible for identifying the design of the target solution and preparing the required system design documentation (architectural specifications, diagrams and charts, functional and configuration specifications) to ensure the visualization of the technical implementation of user requirements, and to provide direction to system programmers. Collaborates with Infrastructure specialists to deliver the target technology environment.

  • Implements the design by means of configuration and software development using internal and external resources.

Testing and Validation

  • Prepares test cases and scripts that are relevant to the design and functional requirements while adhering to CSL defined quality and governance standards and procedures. Collaborates with Process Owners/Business stakeholders to ensure test applicability. Conducts and may assist with the coordination of system functional testing with internal or external resources as directed.

Training

  • Prepares training materials and user manuals. Designs and conducts user training sessions with emphasis on relating the configuration and technical setup to the functional/business requirements.

Operations and Support

  • Responsible for the ongoing operation and maintenance of applications for the assigned IT functional areas. This includes providing 2nd or 3rd level incident support, change management, and maintaining the upkeep of technical records and documentation.

  • Proactively communicates the status of ongoing daily support and problem resolution.

  • Ensures effective problem analysis and resolution of issues of moderate scope in a timely fashion and escalates issues when needed to appropriate levels of IT or Business.

  • Provides off hours support as it relates to IT functional area.

Project Work

  • Assumes project responsibilities as assigned for small to moderate scale projects (in terms of cost, scope and business function), that are either locally or globally managed. Performs matrix roles as assigned for local and global projects.

Team Work

  • Collaboratively works with internal employees, vendors, and consultants to effectively implement solutions. Develops and maintains mutually productive relationships in the workplace and contributes to the team. Cooperates and acts as a team player. Engages with Application vendors under guidance and in alignment with CSL stakeholders and strategy.

Innovation

  • Conducts guided research and analysis on new and innovative solutions, releases, enhancements and considers their applicability to CSL.

  • Contributes to the identification and implementation of means to improve the qualities and efficiencies of IT processes, systems, and results. Keeps abreast of current technologies and professional concepts as it relates to the assigned IT functional area.

Maintain Regulatory Compliance

  • Effectively follow global IT procedures and policies are followed consistently as defined by our Quality Management System (QMS). Follows the appropriate global regulatory guidelines and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT working within an applicable function that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position.

  • Strong business process analysis and problem skills required:

  • IAM domain experience in areas such as identity management, provisioning, authentication, authorization, certification/governance, monitoring along with experience in security best practices

  • Development skills scripting, packaging, provisioning approvals, IAM workflows and role-based access control

  • Experience in supporting IAM and SSO architectures

Preferred Skills & Experience (not required):

  • University degree or equivalent related work experience; educational concentration in a relevant discipline

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the following preferred:

  • Languages: Java / J2EE programming experience in designing, coding, testing and implementing large enterprise applications

  • Special Technologies: Experience with Rest Web services, SAML 2.0, Sailpoint IdentityNow and IdentityIQ, OAuth, WS-Security, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and other authentication/authorization protocols is preferred.

  • Software Packages: SailPoint IIQ, SailPoint SSO, SailPoint Security IQ

  • IT Security Industry certifications (CISM, CISSP, CISA, etc)

  • Some knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

  • Pharma/Biotech or similarly regulated environment experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Information Security GRC Security Analyst will be tasked with project managing strategic Information Security projects and programs. The Lead will also be tasked with supporting the Security SAP GRC Lead with operationalizing the Identity and Access Management Program including technologies such as Microsoft Azure and CyberArk. This role will support the broader GRC team with the roll out of a Threat and Vulnerability Management Program, GRC tool and supporting processes to manage IT and IS risks at First Quality. The role will perform IS self- assessments and manage the remediation/mitigation of identified risks. Activities include: * Project Management of strategic Information Security projects and programs * Operationalize the Identity and Access Management Program at First Quality and supporting technologies such as Microsoft Azure and CyberArk * Implement a Threat & Vulnerability Management Program * Mature the Information Security Risk Management Program by identifying threats and risks to the organization * Formalize the risk register and work to remediate or mitigate risks * Develop and drive the implementation of security best practices and standards to mature the overall IS Risk Management Program which includes defining security controls * Implement a GRC tool which includes mapping of applicable policies to controls * Responsible for IS self-assessments to ensure systems and applications are complying with First Quality policies, applicable regulatory and legal requirements, and leading industry practices Requirements: * Occasional travel: Up to 15% QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
