Atrilogys Client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II with ECM experience for a Direct Hire role in Cypress, CA.
Under minimal supervision, the Business Systems Analyst II (ECM) is an integral member of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team and is tasked with working with Business Stakeholders to understand and document as-is business processes and business requirements in order to analyze gaps for the ECM product offering. Additionally, the Business Systems Analyst II (ECM) is required to translate business requirements through analysis and design into medium to high complexity functional solutions. The Business Systems Analyst II (ECM) plays a leadership role in the planning/analysis, design and testing phases of all ECM/collaboration tools and projects, working closely with business stakeholders and the project team to insure project success.
Ability to identify a desired future state that addresses a business problem. Configure and administer ECM products like collaboration, file sharing, imaging and workflow tools. Provide back-up support for ServiceNow low complexity requests and issues

Managing traceability of business requirements through testing and validation process.
User Acceptance Testing
Collaborates with stakeholder in testing for acceptance of end user business solution.
Business Relationship Management
Ability to engage business sponsors and contribute to their targeted business outcomes.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required
5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience required
5+ years ERP systems experience required
5+ years of large-scale ECM implementation experience (preferably in Laserfiche or Open Text Hummingbird) required
Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders and management required
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products required
Proficiency with SharePoint 2013 or 365 strongly preferred
2+ years of Metals industry experience preferred
Proficiency with collaboration tools like Box desired
Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and is capable of creating/implementing system functionality
Intermediate knowledge of HTML and XML
Intermediate knowledge of internet and client/server architectures
Intermediate knowledge of SQL and databases
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
