Title: Business Systems Analyst II

Location: Hoffman Estates, IL

Responsibilities & Essential functions

Support the implementation infrastructure upgrade program working with IT and Implementation leadership to improve our end user technology.

Define and maintain scope and requirements for each workflow automation module including detailed process flow charts and documentation for changes and new development.

Analyzes business problems to be solved with automated systems.

Defines problems, evaluates and prioritizes requirements, and implements systems to meet internal business and user requirements for routine projects.

Provides recommendations to address specific business needs for information technology-based solutions.

Collaborates with multiple cross-functional areas externally and internally for the implementation of system and business processes.

Plans and configures system settings and options.

Executes unit integration and acceptance testing; creates routine specifications for systems to meet business requirements.

Exercises judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions when accomplishing objectives.

Works under normal supervision. Follows established directions. Work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of systems, applications, robotic process automation software and/or techniques, and databases.

Solid understanding of Salesforce

Ideal candidate has effective interpersonal skills and enjoys working directly with stakeholders.

Internship provides opportunities to gain practical work experience in a business environment. As a full-time, paid intern, you will be engaged in a variety of projects, and responsible for delivering results, both as an individual and as a member of a team.
