CACI's LogiCole/DMLSS team is seeking Business Systems Analysts with DMLSS experience.


The Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) is an information technology system within the Defense Medical Logistics

  • Enterprise Solution (DML-ES) portfolio. The DML-ES portfolio provides medical logistics support for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and Veteran's Administration (VA).


  • Apply technology to complex supply chain processes; business intelligence; project management; policy development; and object-oriented analysis and design

  • Leads a several-member team performing tasking in the health discipline (operations analysis, T&E/IV&V. CM, DM, QA, technical documentation, program support, etc.) or independently performs complex tasks in the health discipline

  • Serve as a Medical Supply Chain and/or Finance Subject Matter Expert.

  • Analyze user needs to determine functional requirements and define problems and develop plans and requirements

  • Perform functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships

  • Identify resources required for each task

  • Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent and 5 years of related experience.

  • DMLSS Experience

  • Experience in Group Purchasing Functionality (Master Data Catalog, Pricing Verification, Contract changes, etc.) is desired

  • Experience with Finance, Ordering, and Receiving is desired

  • Familiarity with Joint Medical Asset Repository (JMAR)VA, DLA, DHA Logistics, contracts process, and/or VINS is desired

  • Ability to pass a NACLC background investigation
