As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Enterprise Technology & Security organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, or Dallas, TX. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate mastery in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements, serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance the skills of team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Provide expert guidance on stakeholder management strategies and communication techniques, driving collaboration and alignment across the organization.
Champion a customer-centric approach to requirements management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
Oversee release management activities, including coordinating release schedules and ensuring documentation accuracy.
Utilize ServiceNow for ticket tracking and release management, providing timely resolution of issues, requests, and releases.
Skillsets:
Mastery of advanced business analysis techniques (e.g., data analysis, impact analysis, gap analysis).
Certifications in multiple Agile frameworks and methodologies.
Mastery of release management processes and tools.
Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills, with a focus on fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal issue dynamics with ease, fostering strong relationships and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
Job Description
Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements .
Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed .
Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results .
Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary .
