As a(n) Business Systems Analyst Consultant (Liquidity Regulatory Reporting) within PNC's ACFR organization, you will be based anywhere PNC has a foot print or remote.

This position will perform a key role in a fast-paced, high-performing MIS group that partners with our Business and Technology Teams to deliver critical calculations for the Liquidity Coverage Ratio, 2052a and Net Stable Funding Ratio for the Bank's reporting to Regulators. You will work with the majority of the Bank's products and their integration into these important Regulatory Reporting functions.

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst or a Data Analyst, with experience in Asset Liability Management, or Regulatory Reporting, or Financial Analysis

  • Good working knowledge of various Banking products such as securities, wholesale funding, derivatives, swaps, deposits, lending.

  • Experience in FR 2052a, Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR)

  • Professionals working towards a CFA Charter or CFA Level III / Certified Treasury Professional

  • Completion of the Securities Industry Essentials exam preferred

  • Possesses a strong understanding of the US regulatory environment

  • Advanced level SQL skills for data analysis in Oracle and Teradata databases

  • Must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve business results.

  • Extensive experience in the analysis, definition and documentation of business and data requirements

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Base Salary: $55,000 to $142,600

Where a person is paid in the compensation range is aligned to their experience and skills. Placement within the compensation range is based on the specific role and the following factors:

  • Higher in range

  • Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
