Summary

Our client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to play a pivotal role in their organization by leveraging their expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics to support data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in data management, data architecture, and the ability to work with various BI tools, including PowerBI and Orbit Analytics. Experience with Oracle systems and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their BI and analytics needs and translate them into technical requirements.

• Develop, implement, and maintain BI solutions and data architectures to support business objectives.

• Utilize SQL, Python, or R to analyze and manipulate data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

• Design, develop, and manage ETL processes to integrate data from various sources.

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using PowerBI and Orbit Analytics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Implement and optimize Oracle systems to enhance data management and analytics capabilities.

• Work closely with the IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of BI solutions within the existing infrastructure.

• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and best practices.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in BI and data analytics technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

• Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Business Intelligence and Analytics.

• Strong background in data management and data architecture.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.

• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and tools.

• Extensive experience with PowerBI and Orbit Analytics.

• Specific experience in implementing and working within Oracle systems.

• Preferred experience within a manufacturing environment.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
