Business Systems Analyst (Banking)

Piper Companies is seeking a Banking Business System Analyst to join one of the nation's premier credit unions based in Mclean, VA. The Banking Business System Analyst will serve as the escalation point for issues that arise from members post-UAT and post-production. This position will be hybrid 3 days per week in Mclean, VA!

Responsibilities of the Banking Business System Analyst include:

• Approve changes and enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and handle escalations

• Incident Management: Respond to and resolve incidents impacting digital banking services

• System Monitoring: Continuously monitor digital banking platforms

• Documentation and Reporting

• Analyze and resolve issues related to digital banking, mobile applications, consumer banking, and member services

• Monitor social feedback channels to maintain an ideal member experience and clean social media presence

Qualifications for the Banking Business System Analyst include:

• Experience in digital banking, mobile applications, consumer banking, or member services

• Technical understanding of QA Automation and UAT is beneficial but not mandatory

• Strong communication skills to articulate and resolve issues effectively

• Prior experience in workflow management and production support

• Ability to analyze and resolve issues post-UAT and post-production

• Dedication to ensuring an ideal member experience

Compensation for the Banking Business System Analyst include:

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
