The Deposit & Treasury Operations division within Enterprise Technology and Operations group is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to assist with ongoing initiatives impacting the core deposit systems and the various downstream systems and platforms.
What will your day look like?
The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:
Be responsible for various system functions, including: Incident, change, system and project management.
Be responsible to troubleshoot websites, applications, and user access issues.
Document incident items and escalates as necessary.
Coordinate issue resolution and validation of service restored.
Assist in troubleshooting servers, transmissions, and firewall access issues.
Perform application trouble shooting and make recommendations for improvements and changes.
Work with vendors as needed to resolve issues.
Be responsible to facilitate new or enhanced change management requests and post change validations.
Schedule change controls.
Be responsible to configure installed software on all environments, perform fine tuning, and application documentation.
Assist with Disaster recovery testing.
Be responsible for application and infrastructure monitoring, coordinates, with enterprise management and business unit on assigning and updating alerts.
Coordinate report reprints and monitors job processing.
Perform project management functions as either a project manager or team member.
24 X 7 On Call responsibilities for various applications.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Who should apply?
We want a highly-motivated individual and a self-starter who has:
A Bachelor's in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field and 2 years' experience in business analysis, processes, procedures, project management, multiple technologies, frameworks, etc. or other directly related experience.
Working knowledge of business systems and applications, incident and change management, project and systems management.
Working knowledge of department specific processes and procedures.
Solid analytical, organizational, trouble shooting and problem solution skills.
Ability to elicit, gather and analysis data.
Solid presentation and technical and non-technical communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to function in a consultative role.
Ability to work with vendors.
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees.
Must be able to meet deadlines.
Working knowledge of various software programs, including word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
Experience with Infor / Trisyn Deposits and TIME systems is preferred.
A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
