Business Systems Analyst
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
Analyze and evaluate current processes and tools, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives.
Conduct research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with the E2E teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of strategies and goals.
Perform data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in Pharma.
Business Systems Analyst
5+ years experience.
Experience in pharma commercial.
Hands-on experience with UX/UI, with the ability to contribute to the design and development of optimal field and home office user experiences, and user-friendly tools/systems
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Any experience in pharma or pharma commercial.
Any experience in working with Payers (Insurance companies) like Blue Cross Blue shield, Kaiser, will be a plus OR.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovative solutions.
Excellent data analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Core BSA skills in Pharma required.
Familiarity with technologies like PALANTIR.
Familiarity with the contracting and access for Pharmaceuticals companies.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and reimbursement models, as well as payer pull-through strategies.
Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities.
Data analytics experience.
