Enrollment Services implements SDSU enrollment management policies and provides services to students from their initial point of interest in SDSU to their graduation

Education and Experience

To enter this classification, a basic foundation of knowledge and skills in applications programming and systems analysis and related programming support functions is a prerequisite. This foundation would normally be obtained through a bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science or business, or equivalent training and applied experience. Foundation knowledge and skills for the Analyst/Programmer, depending on the position assignment, may include working knowledge of a specific industry standard applications programming language and knowledge

Key Qualifications

• Experience in the business analysis of process improvement and application development in higher education or other regulated industries.

• Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.

• Experience writing queries.

• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL.

• Goal-oriented with strong initiative, imagination and organizational qualities.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting salary upon appointment is not expected to exceed $5,834 per month.

Salary placement is determined by the education, experience, and qualifications the candidate brings to the position, internal equity, and the hiring department's fiscal resources.

CSU Classification Salary Range: $3,899 - $7,506 per month.
