THE POSITION

Reporting to the eCommerce Site Operations & Merchandising Manager, the eCommerce Site Operations & Merchandising Analyst is responsible for the analysis and day to day management and operations of Dentsply Sirona's digital properties. This person combines commercial and product-focused thinking with strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and leadership skills. S/he will implement customer-centric and innovative strategies that improve customer experience, business metrics, and operational efficiencies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyze web metrics and results to improve the website content, features and functionality.

  • Partner with the eCommerce design teams to enhance customer experience through the implementation of new content.

  • Provide input execution of the Digital A/B testing effort to guide and influence the eCommerce experience

  • Partner with the enterprise marketing teams to properly showcase and merchandising product catalog by leveraging marketing and online tools.

  • Assisting with the execution and oversite of website taxonomy, category structure, and key online tools such as Product Recommendations, Related Products, Ratings and Reviews.

  • Assists with business validation testing on new capabilities and enhancements

  • Email marketing assistance

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience:

The successful candidate will bring solid eCommerce experience, preferably within multi-channel B2B and/or B2C retail, or agency experience. Highly collaborative, this person will have a record of partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization to achieve commitments. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented with strong analytical capabilities, while also having a high degree of comfort with ambiguity and a proven ability to consistently make good decisions through a combination of analysis, experience, and judgment. S/he will have a track record of creative problem solving to make steady progress towards achieving broader goals while understanding the overall organizational impact.

A key skill will be the ability to partner and communicate with business stakeholders and technology leadership to define, scope and execute Dentsply Sirona digital initiatives. This will require the development of effective relationships up, down and across the organization to establish alignment on strategic initiatives.

Team Leadership The successful candidate must have a proven ability to attract, select, develop, and lead teams for high performance within a culture that is both dynamic and supportive. S/he will help his/her team members navigate the organization, manage challenges and make solid decisions with high integrity.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of eCommerce merchandising and or site operations experience within a B2C or B2B eCommerce environment.

  • Previous experience in the planning and execution of eCommerce A/B tests

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills accompanied by a strong business background, business operations, process improvement, and change impact.

  • Previous in with digital marketing and creation of digital content

  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present information to all levels are

LOCATION

  • The position will be based in Charlotte, NC
  • Expected travel 10% with peaks and valleys
