  • Successfully analyze requests/needs and create technical specifications and/or requirements for assignments within expected timeframes while meeting business needs

  • Stakeholder satisfaction with quality requirements - adequately meeting or exceeding client/user expectations, and clarity for Engineering and QE teams

  • Years of experience: 5

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

  • Physical requirements: Normal office

What critical skills are needed for you to consider someone for this position?

  • Strong understanding and breadth of experience with technical systems

  • Ability to identify and understand the business problem and the impact of the proposed solution on the operations of the organization

  • Strong understanding and broad range of experience with programming and database languages

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Ability to interact with internal staff at all levels

  • Excellent oral and written skills in order to effectively communicate with customers and internal staff

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Ability to develop and deliver presentation materials

  • Ability to field questions in an open forum or presentation

  • Ability to formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and due diligence

How much should I expect to travel? 1 or 2 trips per year

Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the information exchange between providers, clearinghouses, payers and employers
