Business Systems Analyst 3 Applications/Software Development

The Information Technology (IT) Applications, Medicaid/CHIP Systems (IT-MCS) team has initiated the MCS - Contract Administration & Provider Monitoring (CAPM) Tool Replacement project. This project will develop a database driven web portal application, replacing a series of Microsoft Excel workbooks to enhance monitoring and reporting of Prover performance.II. 8 Required Effectively communicate with non-technical audience to understand business needs and explain complex systems and technical topics in clear and concise manner.

6 Required Strong verbal and written skills in communicating with technical, non-technical staff and different levels of users.

5 Required Skilled in meeting facilitation and requirements gathering.

5 Required Skilled in developing and documenting business process flows.

4 Required Skilled in developing and executing Test Scripts.

4 Required Skilled in developing Test Plans and coordinating User Acceptance Testing.

4 Required Skilled in developing User Stories

3 Required Skilled in use of Microsoft Excel

3 Required Experience with software development using Agile methodology

2 Preferred Experience with Health and Human Services or other State Agency

2 Preferred Project experience supporting JAVA J2EE applications development team
