The Business Systems Analyst (BSA 2) will serve as the liaison between clients, technical delivery teams, creative teams, and analytics teams. The BSA plays a key role within the technology organization across many disciplines, including documentation, quality control, testing, and reporting. This position will be working on a rapidly expanding loyalty program that is very dynamic and requires a nimble person that can quickly adapt to changing technology and program needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
Use Siebel (an Oracle-based system) to manage website content and promotions to achieve campaign objectives
Create extracts from Siebel that are provided to several different stakeholders as well as pull many ad-hoc reports used to determine program performance
Serve as a subject matter expert, responding to platform questions and troubleshooting by having a thorough understanding of the business processes
Monitor the overall health of the program, providing key metrics to the team and identifying potential issues or discrepancies
Perform quality control checks on documentation as well as website content
Work with the business and strategy teams to develop executable project plans
Ensure all internal teams and key stakeholders are aware of campaigns, providing promotional details and assessing impact for the groups
Develop and maintain understanding of project workflows and business needs to support
Work with Technical team to develop high level business needs and test/validate functionality
Develop and maintain training and process materials
Ability to properly interpret client needs and translate them into appropriate deliverables
Strong technical aptitude with an understanding of business and technical language
Ability to assess a situation, receive input from stakeholders, and select the best course of action

Ability to document information effectively

4 years of BSA or technical marketing program experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
SQL or Oracle experience required
Siebel experience preferred
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working with loyalty programs preferred
