Here's What You'll Do:

We seek an energetic Business Analyst to work with our key business stakeholders in the support and management of packaged business application solutions with special emphasis on warehouse management application- Oracle ESB WMS / Logfire and Supply Chain modules (Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchasing, and Order Management Quality). Candidate is expected to have broad implementation experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules and/or Oracle eBusiness Suite. The candidate will work with various business stake holders, understand the business needs, formulate solutions using standard Oracle application features; and as such should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Solution Development

  • Consult with business unit management and personnel to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures and problems

  • Define IT solutions to various business needs and communicate in clear terms to business unit management the IT solution alternatives and assist them in their decision making

  • Create and update business process documents

  • Create requirements document, functional specification documents, unit and integrated test scenario documents and other relevant artifacts necessary for implementation of IT solutions

  • Project and Task Management

  • Partner with IT PMO and business sponsors to create project objectives and implementation roadmaps

  • Create and maintain project plans to implement approved IT projects

  • Lead and direct partner as well as internal resources on project tasks

  • Monitor and control project activities per the plan and communicate status to key stakeholders

  • Communicate and coordinate reports and other technical development from geographically dispersed teams

  • Operational Support

  • Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving day-to-day IT issues

  • Create or update end user training documents and guides

  • Provide hands-on training to end users on various aspects of applications.

Key qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in supporting and implementing enterprise applications (WMS -- Logfire) and at least 4 years of experience in implementing Oracle EBS WMS/Cloud ERP Logfire WMS and Supply Chain modules.

  • Should have performed at least 3 full life cycle implementation of Oracle EBS WMS /cloud Logfire modules in recent releases.

  • Strong functional knowledge in core Oracle Supply Chain products (Manufacturing, Inventory, Quality, Purchasing, and Order Management) is a must.

  • Exposure to Financial modules in Oracle EBS/Cloud ERP is preferred.

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.

Functional Skills:

  • Oracle Warehouse management (WMS, Logfire)
  • Discrete Manufacturing (Inventory, WIP, Costing)
  • Oracle Order Management and Pricing (preferred)
  • Oracle Purchasing (preferred)
  • Oracle Quality (preferred)
  • Oracle Planning Central / Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) (preferred)

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced working knowledge of SQL

Project / Process Skills:

  • Understanding of key operational metrics such as OEE and experience implementing IT solutions for those metrics

  • Knowledge of industry best practices, approaches and standards in Food and Beverage industry

  • Willingness to learn, implement and support new applications and technologies

  • Knowledge of OUM (Oracle Unified Methodology) or equivalent and related deliverables

  • Knowledge of standard project management and milestone based task management

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-project environment and support multiple internal customers

The analyst is responsible for researching, designing, implementing, and maintaining HRIS solutions, as well as training employees on changes in HR systems and/or processes with the employee experience in mind. The Sr. HRIS Analyst will lead, collaborate and support projects and day-to-day administration of our HRIS system (ADP Vantage) spanning across all aspects of HR. This role will get a broad range of exposure in developing and implementing new systems and expanding functionality within existing systems across our HR strategic initiatives including HCM, Learning, Recruiting, Payroll/Advanced Comp, Benefits, Succession Planning, Career Development, and Onboarding. Here's what you'll do: * Assess company's HR information needs and plan for changes in HR systems to meet these needs * Analyze current problems and review system capabilities to determine how to conduct operations more efficiently * Research, design, implement, and maintain HRIS solutions * Provide training and user support after changes in systems and/or procedures are implemented * Review, test, and implement system upgrades or patches * Serve as a liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. payroll) to ensure that they are fully supported by and efficiently using HR systems * Create data reports and metrics in consultation with internal clients * Maintain data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data * Ensure all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws. * Record and process employee information including annual leave, salaries and working hours. * Collect necessary data to support audits and compliance efforts where necessary, such as EEO-1 reporting * Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS and employee experience technology * Ability to lead design and implementations of interfaces from primary HR systems and coordinate all activities, including requirements gathering, data mapping, design specifications, test strategy and scheduling with IS and vendor teams. Provide direction to technical developers for data conversion, complex reports, interfaces, error handling and custom process builds * Serves as an advanced subject matter expert for one or more HRIS modules/functional areas and actively participates in design, planning, implementation and support of ADP Vantage (or other HRIS). * Works collaboratively with HR partners and team members to troubleshoot, research, and escalate issues as necessary. * Monitor and research system integration issues around data, performance, scheduling and file transmissions. Coordinate and communicate resolution on issues with IS support teams, vendors and business teams. * Proactively identify and initiate improvement opportunities around system, process, data and user experience, and recommend options to leaders with justification, impacts and data for the approach. * Responsible for day-to-day administration and maintenance of ADP, Time clocks and any other HR related technology systems. * Work directly with HR communities, technical staff and project teams to identify, analyze, design, test and implement new systems or improvements to existing systems and associated procedures * Leads systems updates/upgrades, working with vendors (if applicable) to test changes to ensure systems and processes are working as designed. * Communicates system and process changes to HR partners across the organization. * Coordinates with the Training & Development team to create and conduct training for business super users and trainers on HRIS applications, including features and procedures.
