Overview: The Business Systems Analyst Expert will serve as a liaison between the business and technology groups to assist in the identification and execution of IT solutions to support business goals.  This position is seen as an expert in requirements elicitation for business processes and system functionality. Responsibilities:

• Provides expert requirements elicitation and design for key strategic business and system projects and/or enhancements

• Expert skill in general analysis as well as gap analysis

• Expert skill in generating all types business and/or system process documentation

• Expert skills in identifying and designing business and/or system improvements

• Expert ability in facilitating communications between business and technical resources

• Ability to coordinate/manage medium sized projects

• Expert knowledge of software development life cycle and project life cycle principles

• Mentor and coach others

Requirements:

• 8+ year’s software testing experience

• Strong Analytical and technical skills are required

• Previous experience documenting requirements and process documentation

• Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail

• Effective written and verbal communication targeted to the audience

• Understanding and experience of the Software development life cycle

• SQL experience is required

• Testing experience is a plus

• Project Management experience a plus
