Some of your responsibilities would include:

  • Handle and track pension plan participant calls in English and Spanish

  • Perform/assist, with guidance from other team members, routine and recurring plan administration tasks for clients' pension plans (e.g., benefit calculations, annual data updates, preparation of benefit statements and election kits)

  • Work cooperatively with other team members (Willis Towers Watson plan administrators, actuaries) to complete tasks and to ensure unified and timely delivery of services

  • Gain a thorough understanding of the plan design (e.g., benefit formulas, options, eligibility)

  • Follow and update documentation materials as directed

  • Maintain complete and accurate work papers and audit trails including in electronic format

  • Learn and use company tools and concepts to ensure efficient and quality output/service delivery

  • Serve as a contact with clients' human resources personnel

  • Adhere to plan documents and government regulations in administering plans

  • Actively participate in team meetings and training activities

  • Be accountable to team members for agreements and commitments

  • Work directly with our consultants on a variety of client deliverables

  • Provide advanced level support in the full Microsoft Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Support the development of client documents including presentations in PowerPoint and Word, billing documentation in Excel and other written documentation/communication

  • Ensure quality control/proofreading/editing

  • Participate in team meetings and proactively support the capturing and completion of next steps and action items

  • Support administrative needs of leaders in partnership with other administrative staff


  • Oversee client project administration (including project set-up and contract administration, file maintenance, etc.)

  • Deliver on projects to meet or exceed client expectations

  • Increase efficiency by identifying ways to improve processes

  • Serve our clients in a professional and collaborative manner


  • Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels

  • Support the collaborative team environment by partnering with other administrative staff through workflow, partnership and teamwork to support all team needs

  • Work cooperatively with other team members (Willis Towers Watson plan administrators, actuaries) to complete tasks and to ensure unified delivery of services

  • Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams

The Requirements

  • Must be Bilingual: English and Spanish written and verbal communication skills required

  • 2-5 years' experience providing administrative support

  • Bachelor's degree and GPA of at least 3.0 preferred but not required

  • Solid mathematical and analytical skills using Excel and other required applications

  • Ability to work well with colleagues at all levels

  • Ability to interface with clients effectively

  • Strong sense of professionalism and maturity

  • Excellent technical skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

  • Ability to produce consistently high-quality results under tight deadlines

  • Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

  • Resourceful, proactive self-starter with the ability to think ahead

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as part of a team

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish

  • Solid project management skills
