The Business Support Production Assistant is responsible for providing service to assigned customers consisting of small business, enterprise, and government clients, small service providers and resellers of GTA services. You will be delivering customer orders and ensure the customer experience is the best the island has to offer from preparing orders, picking up equipment, assisting customers upon delivery and delivering in a timely manner. This role is integral to GTA's stated mission of providing service to our clients with simplicity, speed, and agility from opportunity closing through service activation and support. You will also:
Build trusting relationships with customer to ensure GTA is always top of mind when shopping for telecom services
Collaborate with various teams across GTA such as Account Managers, Product, Service Consultants, Network Operations, Warehouse, Dispatch and Accounting
Pull, fill, and deliver all Business Sales orders from GTA Warehouse and other GTA locations as needed to include pickup from customer sites
Assist customers with simple moves, adds and changes
Prepare, package, and deliver for GTA Prepaid Reseller customers
Consistently provide the highest level of customer service by proactively offering all possible assistance to the customer
Ensure that you attend all communications meetings and scheduled training sessions

Candidates must show:
Ability to promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners.
Product/Service knowledge: Remains up to date on the latest services and products we provide and has a clear understanding of how each work. Working knowledge of telecom network offerings such as Ethernet, TDM, DSL and Wireless access providers also required.
Customer centric: Puts the customer first and creates a positive experience for the customer by building relationships and maximizing service/product offerings. Stays current with knowledge of products clients require and can foresee their future technology needs
Accountability: Punctual and dependable to meet the needs of our customers. Has the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced changing environment.
Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Has the ability to assess an issue, provide creative solutions, and analyze if the solution was viable.
Organizational support: Ability to follow company policies and procedures in accordance with contract/agreement(s) and Company Goals, completes administrative tasks thoroughly, accurately, promptly, and efficiently as possible with respect to human resources, financial management and profitability.
Technical skills: Constantly strives to increase technical knowledge to improve training tools through latest product knowledge, industry knowledge, and research.
Growth and Learning: Is curious and understands that learning is a lifelong endeavor. You own your learning and development, and you are committed to evolving.
This is what you need to have:
Minimum High School Diploma or GED
Minimum one to three plus (1 - 3+) years of customer service experience, preferable in telecommunication industry
Experience in preparing, delivering, and following up on product proposals and quotes
Experience in tracking customer sales information, forecasts and reports using related software applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
Drive balanced communication with tact and diplomacy, while juggling competing customer & company priorities
Strong written, oral communication skills to include presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and a professional business image
Conflict management/dispute resolution
Must be accountable and demonstrate a high level of concern for work output
Experience in teaming effectively with others across different disciplines, functions, and
The ability to travel to customer sites
Working knowledge of MS Office suite
Must have and maintain a current valid Guam Driver's License
Flexibility to work outside of standard 8AM - 5PM CST time zone hours
Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance
Must be able to work any shift and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary to meet the needs and goals of the business
