Job Description:

The Business Support Manager role will support the COO organization within Global Information Security and will be responsible for managing diverse business activities. Candidate must possess excellent organization, leadership and communication skills. This position requires strong relationship management skills to interact with senior leadership, managers and staff throughout the organization to deliver against organizational priorities. Responsibilities may include: leadership and management of key routines, development of strategic and tactical plans, coordination of business activities across Employee Operations, execution of LOB deliverables within COO and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a liaison and single entry point for our business processes

  • Relationship manager for partnership with CTO Workspace Services

  • Process Improvement / Risk Mitigation

  • Play book coordinator

  • Distribution group maintenance

Required Job Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Proven leader with ability to influence and work collaboratively across peers and multiple levels of management both within and outside of the organization

  • Highly organized with ability to plan and direct routines to achieve business outcomes

  • Strong problem solver with ability to take ownership of tasks and drive through challenges

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong executive presence

  • Proactive self-starter with ability to operate with minimal management oversight

  • Excels at adapting to changing business needs, dealing with competing priorities and applying critical thinking

  • Develops and improves upon procedures, processes and routines while ensuring governance

  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint

Desired Job Skills:

  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners

  • Proficient in Tableau

  • Prior experience in business management role with knowledge of core business processes within Bank of America

Customer data b. Contract data c. Equipment d. Open A/R & Credits data 3) With their knowledge of SAP provides support for business units to enable them to utilize the functionality of SAP to further support the business. while supporting any associated ongoing training related to those processes. 4) Provides training and development tools to ensure all training material is kept current and updated with any current or subsequent SAP system upgrades or enhancements 5) Delivers hands-on training to members of a business unit on the functionality and reporting capabilities of SAP.
