Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for a Business Support Coordinator to join Yamaha Motor Finance Corporation, supporting our Wholesale Finance Division in Cypress, CA. Provide effective & responsive organizational & administrative support. You will be instrumental in assuring focused communication for both internal and external clients and anticipate the needs of the department in a very fast-paced environment.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain routine and ad-hoc department reporting, which requires accessing a variety of data sources.

  • Provide full confidential administrative support to Wholesale Finance team, including Executive & Senior Management

  • Preparation of communications, presentations, training and project materials in support of management efforts.

  • Process Accounts Receivable Adjustment Requests, verify their posting to SAP, and ensure the accuracy of the SAP reporting.

  • Set-up flooring terms in SAP and manage Plan administration in Compass.

  • Provide back-up support of Wholesale Finance team to meet dealer administrative requests.

  • Perform other duties as assigned .


  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • 3+ years' experience in a team support / administration capacity within a fast-paced environment

  • Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • SAP experience a plus

  • Customer focus driven

  • Excellent organizational skills and highly detail oriented

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong team player who is self-motivated and able to multi task under pressure

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Care Coordinator who will be responsible for acting as a liaison between external/internal customers and companies on a global level. The incumbent will serve as a subject matter expert in supporting the Custom & Cinema Solution business groups in facilitating sales orders as well as supporting other divisions within Customer Care. The incumbent is responsible for the timely and accurate fulfillment of complex custom and cinema solution orders while providing the highest level of service to both internal teams and external customers. This includes a variety of activities and skills to determine the actions that should be taken to resolve customer concerns, while following all relevant Christie policies and guidelines. ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Deliver exceptional customer Care for customers in sales region and/or territory, capturing the customer requests and advocating for resolution that meets customer expectation while acting in Christies best interest. * Serve as a subject matter expert and facilitate and/or provide guidance to educate internal and external customers of processes and procedures regarding solution fulfillment. * Suggest solutions and or options in response to customer needs in compliance with company and departmental procedures. * Initiate, manage, and ensure all freight damage claims are resolved and information is clearly communicated to our customers. * Responsible for documenting approvals and anomalies to ensure compliance, abiding by all JSOX compliance controls. * Provide proactive support to customer care team members, global departments as required expediting requirements for information and coordinating all efforts in the best interest of the customer. * Validate and issue return authorizations for product being returned for credit and ensure all pertinent documentation are linked and filed in Image Now. Send denial letters as deemed necessary and explain to customers reasons for denial. * Understand the requirements and intentions of special programs/projects, contracts and/or agreements given by the management team in order to execute accordingly. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Review and process requests in a timely fashion with accuracy and full understanding contract obligations and manage the life of the project in a proactive manner. Confirm receipt and status of order to customers and internal teams by sending order acknowledgement or Performa Invoice within 24 hours of receipt. * Sales Credits to be processed within 3 business days * Evaluate each request, internal form, or customer correspondence that could lead to issues, and remedy these before order is processed i.e. part number incompatibility, impossible deadlines, invalid credit terms, and shipping terms. * Manage orders regularly by reviewing and updating pending orders every 48 hours to ensure that orders are processed with urgency. * Communicate any updates to internal teams and/or customers that impact timelines within 24 hours. * Take ownership of all activities surrounding orders that are in queue to ensure that they move through the system from receipt to invoice with efficiency meeting service level agreements. * Closely monitor the pre-work of project setups to ensure orders are processed within 48 hours. * Participate in project Kick-off meetings with internal teams to ensure expectations are clear and timelines are obtainable. * Work alongside Solutions Fulfilment teams to manage open orders to ensure accurate revenue is reflected in the Daily Business Scorecard. * Respond to emails and voicemails same day stressing proactive follow up and to ensure customer satisfaction, logging all calls in Customer Relationship Management application daily. * Log into phone queue minimum of 6.5 hours per day. * Answers queue phone calls assuring minimal wait time for caller. * Escalate issues to management as necessary to achieve complete customer satisfaction after utilizing resources and training, if no resolution within 36 hours of receipt of request/inquiry.. * Maintain excellent teamwork attitude. * Maintain knowledge of all policies and procedures, and application of Customer Service programs in relation to order entry, warranty, and RMA. * Provide feedback and recommendations to improve processes for the benefit of Christie. * Understand shipping rules and regulations as they pertain to customer needs. * Adapt quickly to technological and departmental changes (training to be provided). * Briefly describe the level of supervision your position requires and those decisions made without reference to supervisor or manager. * This employee will require minimal supervision and will make decisions within the scope of training provided, all decisions involving financial or other such aspects will be discussed with manager or supervisor. * Give details of the sources of instruction for the work you do.
