The Business Support Coordinator follows established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective clerical support to an office, business unit, department, or other organization group. The Business Support Coordinator performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.
Where you Come In
The Business Support Coordinator gathers, compiles, and verifies information and enters it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations, or forms; and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets. This individual codes and sorts documents so they can be accurately processed or filed. This individual makes standard calculations to accurately compile and report statistics. This person responds to, or redirects, routine inquiries from external or internal sources about the organization, its activities, or processes to ensure callers/visitors are answered promptly and accurately. This person performs other routine administrative activities according to the organization's established procedures. These activities may include distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, photocopying, filing, operating office equipment and maintaining office supplies or other inventory. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities, and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.

Required Qualifications
Prior customer service experience in a corporate environment
Prior administrative experience in a professional setting
Prior accounts data entry experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Capacity to maintain confidentiality and work independently in support of the department
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
This position will require you to work on-site in the office on a daily basis
Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the Humana Green Bay office (see address below)
Preferred Qualifications
Navigation Experience in CAS and MTV
Experience with internet research and proof-reading/editing
Experience with CRM

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$31,900 - $43,900 per year
