Relationship Takeover Prevention (RTO) team of Fraud Claims Management is seeking for a Business Support Consultant 5 to join the team. The team is responsible for authentication fraud risk management, owns controls to prevent relationship/account takeover, and drive RTO prevention strategy.

The duties of the role will include:

  • Consult with management and business partners on strategic plans impacting authentication controls across the enterprise that are often significant in complexity, scope and financial impact.

  • Integrate road maps, facilitate identifying priorities, report out of status and escalate road blocks as needed.

  • Report out to senior management and manage through influence.

  • Facilitate on priorities and drive accountability for a program of initiatives.

  • Report out on accomplishments, identify and report on success measurements.

  • Support Initiatives which may vary from strategic technology implementations to rule changes to procedure changes. Most initiatives are driven out of other areas, but this role needs to provide that consolidated view from an authentication and account takeover risk management perspective.

  • Create and/or present to executive management on business performance and recommend strategies to implement changes and improvements

  • Utilize thorough knowledge of the business group's functional area to support and drive strategic initiatives for the business

  • Lead support functions for business groups and senior management not limited to, but as follows: Administrative, logistical and miscellaneous, gather and produce deck material, coordinate site meetings and events, etc.

  • Manage, update and gather information for Sharepoint

  • Responsible for the creation, delivery and consistency of messaging and corresponding formats for the organization. E-mail and Teamworks communications, organizational charts/team level changes, policies/changes, job aides/tools resources, recognition, business / job spotlights, career path information, project / technology implementation information and awareness that procedures are updated

  • The preferred locations are listed; however other locations may be considered.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning

  • Ability to deliver multiple concurrent projects or large scale individual projects

  • Experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization

  • Experience writing and editing internal communications, including corporate and executive level communications

  • Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames

  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems

  • Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to reach conclusions, identify tasks, record actions, and achieve results

  • Ability to manage initiatives including: detailed planning, process management, and documentation

  • Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of maintaining and updating SharePoint team web content

  • Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills

Other Desired Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of authentication or fraud highly desired

  • Experience supporting a large business unit to include a wide range of different functions

  • Ability to influence, partner and negotiate skills with business partners and senior business managers without direct authority to create and manage strong relationships, gain commitment and accomplish shared goals.

Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

NC-Charlotte: Min: $108,500 Mid: $155,000

AZ-Chandler: Min: $108,500 Mid: $155,000

AZ-PHX-Northwest Phoenix: Min: $108,500 Mid: $155,000

OR-Portland: Min: $108,500 Mid: $155,000

WA-Lynnwood: Min: $119,400 Mid: $170,500

UT-Salt Lake City: Min: $108,500 Mid: $155,000

The overall responsibilities of the Associate Sales Consultant position include providing clinical and selling support in hospital as set forth below, while ensuring customer service, sales logistics, technical expertise, and product knowledge of highest order / level. Support sales objectives, cover cases, and manage billing / purchase order. POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist client's sales organization in retaining and supporting further penetration with existing customers, while supporting product conversions with new customers.
