Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Our four major business lines include Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Wells Fargo Commercial Capital. We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.

Role will be responsible for delivering Shared Services Change Solutions. This role will sit within the Operations Product & Strategic Delivery (P&SD) team which manages change delivery for all of Operations. The Shared Services P&SD team oversees the change around static databases that support Operations, such as the Client Information database and the Product Master database, as well as functions that cross Operations such as Tax.

Key responsibilities:

  • Document business requirements related to new initiatives, or changes to existing initiatives

  • Management of the Testing, from test planning to execution

  • Ensure that project delivery is carried out according to the defined scope

  • Coordinate across various teams including, but not limited to, Technology, Operations, Compliance and Legal

  • Appropriate tracking and monitoring are imposed throughout the implementation and post successful completion

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services

Other Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with end-to-end, front-to-back Change Management within Capital Markets

  • Working knowledge and implementation experience of connection and control between databases

  • Ability to interface between the business and technology teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders in IT, Operations, Product Control and the Business

  • Experience with management of end to end testing and daily execution and reporting

  • The ideal candidate would have 5+ years of Capital Markets experience and 5+ years of project management experience

  • The ideal candidate would have 5+ years of user acceptance testing experience

  • Experience with vendor relations: going through vendor upgrades (Bloomberg, Markit, Omgeo, Broadridge, etc)

Position Overview This Performance Management Solutions and Data Business Support Consultant is a new role that will report to Kimberly Rederer, Head of Wells Fargo's Performance Management. A key role for the Enterprise Performance Management team is to coordinate and provide subject matter expertise related to all infrastructure, systems, governance, process, reporting and analytics for performance management across all Lines of Business. This specific position will develop and execute solutions that bridge gaps between systems, reporting and analytics in order for Wells Fargo to execute across the enterprise consistent performance management practices, ensure reporting/analytics meet the needs of all business's and are anchored in performance management policy and reduce risk for the overall organization. Additional Responsibilities: * Oversee efforts to ensure performance management systems, reporting and analytics are anchored to PM policy and procedures and are effectively deployed across the enterprise. * Understand key performance management metrics for each business line in order to access current state and impact positive change and strong risk management. * Ensure post implementation reviews, data analysis and feedback sessions are conducted in order to continue to enhance performance management processes, tools, training and communications. * Drives planning and implements strategy across all Lines of Business to ensure operational excellence and process efficiency. * Liaison with multiple stakeholders and partners across the enterprise at varying levels (HR Shared Services, HR Chief Operating Office, Total Rewards, Team Member Insights, Project Management, and Technology).
