The Collections Business Initiatives team is looking for an individual who is passionate about driving change and taking results to the next level. This person will be expected to drive implementing change, resolving issues and coordinating customer remediation. The Business Support Consultant 2 will implement and track technology projects and significant operational change initiatives.
Consults and partners with project managers, technical resources and project teams to establish appropriate implementation strategy, methods and plans for strategic initiatives
Develops complex business requirements to meet implementation strategy.
Designs communication and training plans, including identifying the appropriate learning process and timing.
Provides coordination support to ensure successful implementation planning, solution preparation, delivery, and measurement of strategic initiatives
Coordinates efforts including development of plans, process impact and redesign, change management, communication, training, delivery, implementation, and monitoring of performance of implemented solutions
Helps issue owners to creatively solve problems
Identifies and monitors resolution of issues, escalating as necessary
Ensures task completion according to established timelines
May identify best practices and recommend new workflows and/or procedures
Interacts regularly with executive management demonstrating influence and negotiation
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
