The Business Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Proficiently utilize analytic tools and programming languages to handle complex tasks and situations
Create and maintain custom data tables
Exhibit strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and ability to complete tasks and projects effectively with minimal support
Demonstrate a strong understanding of data and analytics, and the ability to transform them into useful information
Research, assess, and explore data for quality and accuracy
Prepare and maintain reports from single or multiple data sources as requested and based on business needs
Maintain deep knowledge of the organization's data and practices to provide valuable recommendations, continuously sharpen skills, and positively impact organizational success
Analyze data trends and communicate findings to leadership or stakeholders in a clear and relatable manner
Continuously improve data collection processes, adapting to changing needs and prioritizing accordingly
Function in accordance with Operational Guidelines and professional code of ethics
Participate in staff development activities, meetings, and self-evaluation processes as required
Assist with data collection, program evaluation, grant applications, contract maintenance, and other special functions as assigned
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
2+ years applicable experience in Revenue Cycle operations in data management and call metric analysis
Proficient in SQL, Excel, Tableau, Crystal or similar business analytic programs
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to perform tasks independently or with minimal support, and to problem-solve basic to complicated issues
Excellent technical writing skills in relevant areas, including queries, reports, visualizations, and dashboards
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to follow directions and accept supervision
Clear and direct communication skills about technical subjects, as well as presentation skills
Moderate understanding of data and analytics, and the ability to turn both into useful information
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
Ability to read, interpret, and follow written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions and documents
Ability to perform basic mathematical operations
Ability to identify data patterns and inconsistencies
Ability to address problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Ability to work in a highly independent, fast-paced environment, closely collaborating with all organizational levels to gather requirements and provide status updates
