Our Business Solutions Expert, also known as a Distribution Management Expert (DME), is a subject matter expert in providing technical solutions, design, and support for the VISTEX solution, and complementary applications related to; Customers, Distributors, and Broker Contracts. The DME designs define and improve the VISTEX solution for Nestl's market, and ensure system quality/deployments are extensively tested. Put simply, you'll provide critical support and guidance on deployed solution to capture cleanse indirect sales data, provide process improvement suggestions, and ensure ticket reductions for smooth implementations based on business requirements from the market a critical responsibility to push our business forward.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sustain VISTEX solution for both National Health Service Corps (NHSc) and Broker Commissions

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with business systems applications, collaborate on complex tickets, manage escalations, and communicate with business in solving aging issues/high-priority Issues

  • Gain market(s) insights and understand business requirements to make recommendations on the applicability of VISTEX Solution

  • Advise and coach market contacts to anticipate and continuously improve trouble-free usage of VISTEX solution; work closely with offshore sustain groups to achieve service level objective adherence and deliver lowest cost sustain to drive optimization and simplification of support organization to drive out waste

  • Lead market project team in undertaking process improvement projects and/or the deployment of GLOBE process or solution functionalities

  • Deliver targeted training and coaching on best practices, applications and new functionality to improve business performance

  • Perform assessment on system changes or new applications prior to release and/or implementation to ensure there are adequate knowledge and documentation.

  • Make recommendations on how to address business needs by leveraging the VISTEX solution and utilizing Nestl practices

  • Liaise with project/business functional areas to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) from a business and technical perspective

  • Coordinate and deliver functional specifications, assist functional streams to produce first time right quality, and document comprehensive business requirements and technical requirements

  • Maintenance and Production Support of existing systems

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM):

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Project Management, Business, or related discipline required

Experience:

  • Experience with VISTEX for SAP required

  • 3 plus years of business analytics (statistical analysis, ticket analysis, consulting analysis) required

  • Distributor management experience preferred, not required

  • Functional/technical specification creation preferred, not required

Position Summary The Tax Manager-Subject Matter Expert will serve as a resource to Firm personnel in providing tax compliance and consulting services for S corporation and C corporation clients. In addition, the position will involve participation in marketing efforts to attract additional corporate clients and expand the tax and consulting services related to corporations within the current client base of the Firm. This position can be located in either Atlanta, Chicago, Cleveland, New York City, Portland or St. Louis.
