You will assist in the planning and execution of technology within the Business Solutions Enablement organization. The incumbent will assist in the cross-functional implementation, deployment, and operations of business solution delivery for technologies supporting the GS Service and Experience division.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Discovery of Business needs

  • Enter Business needs into the Demand Management Intake platform

  • Create and manage user stories for Salesforce and or the Genesys Telephony platform which includes but is not limited to:

  • User story grooming with functionally specific project teams

  • Update user stories until they are in Definition of Ready (DoR)

  • Define user acceptance criteria in review with functional project teams

  • JIRA Project Backlog Administration

  • Provide consultation on requirements to the product owner/business owner

  • Oversee the validity of requests in the backlog; coordinating with Business Functions and project leads

  • Identify and communicate Business priorities to the Product Owner

  • Overall documentation of project requests, user stories, backlog

  • Communication to all project stakeholders with updates & status of pending & in-progress requests

  • Assist the BSE Test Lead in the communication of testing needs and resource requirements.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required; advanced degree or IT major preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce and / or Genesys is required, appropriate Systems Certifications preferred

  • A Minimum of four (4) years of relevant business systems analysis experience is required

  • Experience in SLDC and Agile development process is required

  • Understand the Scrum process is preferred

  • Experience in JIRA required

  • Strong analytics and reporting skills are preferred

  • Superior communication and collaborative skills required

  • Superior Account and Stakeholder Management skills are preferred

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time may be required

The Senior Analyst, Finance Technology Solutions - Corporate Systems role will focus on supporting various aspects of the overall operation of J&J Finance Corporate Systems that use Appian technology, including day-to-day operations and end user support, planned system deployments, system enhancements, and other projects, as necessary. The role is positioned at the intersection of finance and technology, and will require an independent, self-starter type, who is willing to learn new skills and has an aptitude for financial systems and innovative technology solutions. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: * Support FTS Corporate Systems (Appian) implementation projects, deployments, and enhancements with consideration of end to end systems and identification of any potential impacts * Identify and align with key stakeholders for all supported FTS Corporate Systems initiatives * Research, troubleshoot, and respond to FTS Corporate Systems related inquiries as part of continuous operational support to our end users and business partners globally * Liaise with the business and IT to identify issues and potential system enhancements, define requirements, communicate solutions, and ensure the system continues to support evolving business initiatives * Promote usage of all implemented tools and proactively identify system solutions to standardize and streamline business processes * Communicate financial business process and system solutions to business and finance partners across all sectors and regions * Create user-friendly training documentation and lead live system training sessions for business partners on all implemented tools * Ensure that supported FTS Corporate Systems are aligned with processes and global standards governed by A2R GPO, Compliance GPO, and Global Services, as well as end-state design * Assist with managing FST PMO requirements for project charters, project planning and management, and periodic status updates/reporting * Strictly comply with all compliance and business policies including SOX cycles, SOPs, internal & external audit requirements, and system security protocols * Perform various system transactional tasks and reporting as needed Qualifications * A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Finance or business-related field * A minimum of three (3) years of business experience is required * A strong understanding of financial systems and openness to learn about innovative technology solutions is required * Experience with system enhancements, project implementation, and system testing protocol (UAT) is required * Experience with the development of system training materials and the delivery of live end-user training sessions is required * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, with SharePoint experience preferred * Excellent oral and written communication skills is required * A solid understanding of J&J Global Finance and Accounting processes is preferred * Working knowledge of tools such as Appian, Blackline, Ariba, ERP systems, and J&J learning platforms is preferred * Working knowledge of financial business processes and reporting in areas such as A2R, P2P, and I2C is preferred * Strong analytical, problem solving and team building skills, attention to details, ability to prioritize and plan effectively, initiative to follow through on directives, and knowledge & sensitivity to global partners/cultures/norms is preferred * This role will be based in New Brunswick, NJ and may require up to 10% travel, domestic or international Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
