Business Solutions Consultant$45k + commission

In collaboration with our team of professionals, the Business Solutions Consultant will provide business solutions to our current customers along with acquiring new customers.KEY REQUIREMENTS/TASKS: Knowledge of our current products/service offerings and how those offerings are applied in a business environment Assisting with the addressing of current customers need and concerns Expanding our solutions offerings within our existing accounts Prospecting for new customers in a geographic area Meeting or exceeding monthly activity/sales requirements Adherence to the internal process guidelines/procedures Attending required meetings Ability to work in a collaborative and team environment Adherence to our PTO policySUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOW QUALITIES: College degree preferred Personal drive and internal motivation towards high achievement Ability to be work independently and manage time effectively Effective communication skills including listening, writing and phone communications skills Must have a valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage COMPENSATION: 45K+ with salary and commission Car allowance Cell phone allowance

We have a Business Initiatives Consultant opportunity for someone who is interested in a versatile role that will help our team achieve our goal of superior strategic consulting and flawless execution for Enterprise Functions Human Resources: Audit, Chief Administrative Office (CAO), Enterprise Finance & Technology, Legal Department and Audit Services. The first priority for this role is to support HR's E&E (Efficiency & Effectiveness) Planning and Governance program and support the successful execution of HRs delivery of the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) E&E HR related efforts. This role will report directly to the HR SPI Enterprise Functions Business Initiatives Senior Manager. This position was posted for a few select location: NC-Charlotte; MN-Minneapolis; IA-Des Moines but other locations may be considered. Responsibilities: The Business Initiatives Consultant must be capable of initiating action, managing change and partnering effectively. The role requires a change agent who is able to influence, communicate, deliver and have a drive for continuous improvement. It requires someone who, at a time of significant change at Wells Fargo and HR, will thrive in this environment and position SPI as a critical partner to HR teams. A key differentiator will be the ability to have One HR and One Wells Fargo mind-set, operate effectively in a highly evolving and complex environment with a positive outlook. The role requires a highly motivated team member who will drive results, has genuine interest to mitigate risks and enables and measures business performance. * Translate strategy into sustainable implementation and operating plans in support of Human Capital Plans aligned with business strategies to enable business performance. * Provide extensive program/ initiative support and project leadership * Lead cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of projects that impact multiple Lines of Businesses and/or compliance and regulatory requirements. Examples might include, but are not limited to human capital initiatives, E&E efforts, process improvement and redesign, ongoing oversight and accountability for our HR controls work, and/or general program oversight. * Work with functional management to obtain resources, influence outcomes, solve problems and ensure alignment with WF strategy and policies and business line objectives. * Execute and continuously enhance a diverse and wide-variety of HR programs that span across the organization. This includes monitoring program performance via metrics and effective and efficient delivery of program responsibilities. * Responsible for effective and efficient delivery of certain services and control processes which mitigate risks.
