Latham & Watkins, a top-ranked global law firm, is seeking recent college graduates to join our Business Services Training Program at our Global Services Office in downtown Los Angeles. The program offers you the opportunity to jump start your career, while gaining invaluable professional experience in a premier law firm. Our goal is to provide you with a broad understanding of the firm and exposure to its many administrative departments, arming you with the knowledge, skills and abilities to build a successful career. During the program, you will rotate through different departments to learn a variety of skills, with the goal of finding a role with our firm at the end of the program. The program will start at the beginning of Summer 2019.

The firm offers a generous total compensation package. Bonuses are awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance. Eligible employees can participate in Latham's comprehensive benefit program including healthcare, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, and a 401k plan. In addition, employees receive 10 paid holidays per year, and a PTO program that accrues 23 days during the first year of employment and grows with tenure.
