The Business Services Associate will handle day-to-day activities of the Business Services scanning team as well as other assigned duties.
Hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with possible overtime.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
Responsible for processing financial documents received via mail. This includes scanning, check processing, and document preparation for off-site storage.
Prepare Notice of Deposit on Trust(s) Website and forward via Federal Express
Prepare, disseminate and file billing reports
Financial Services PowerImage Scanning
Provide Financial Services administrative backup.
Serve as backup for Receptionist as needed
Serve as backup to code and prepare Federal Express invoices
Serve as backup to code and prepare monthly postage report.
Responsible for off-site storage function.
Assist with setting up meeting rooms for prospect and client visits.
Process outgoing Federal Express packages using Powership software.
Sort mail and faxes.
Prepare outgoing mail.
Must be able to lift 30lbs.
Other duties and tasks when assigned.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
High school graduate
Two years of administrative office experience preferred but not required
Must possess strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work in a team environment
Able to handle multiple priorities with success
Strong problem solving skills
Proficient in Excel and Word
Willing to work overtime
