Job Description and Duties
Do you enjoy providing operational support to professionals? As a Business Service Assistant in the San Diego Attorney General's Office, you will play an important role in providing administrative support to a busy law office. At the end of the day, your organizational skills and commitment to service are at the heart of the support team's mission: to assist professionals in their pursuit of justice.
As a Business Service Assistant, you will work under the supervision of the Business Service Officer II to offer business services to our San Diego office's nearly 360 attorneys, paralegals, secretaries, and other administrative professionals. Purchase products and services, coordinate facility maintenance and meetings/conferences, conduct ergonomic evaluations, manage desk and cell phone services, issue checks, monitor the state of Automated External Defibrillators, and do other related jobs. You will play an important part in ensuring that our office provides optimal and effective legal services!
