• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of commission-driven sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum 100 Mbps speed
• Home office setup meeting specified requirements

• Achieve and surpass sales targets by initiating sales via inbound calls and proactively reaching out to potential clients through outbound calls to promote Comcast Business Services.
• Cultivate strong customer connections from initial contact to final transaction. Offer inventive solutions or escalate issues when needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by representing Comcast Business Services with expertise and professionalism to both prospects and existing customers.
• Stay abreast of product features, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to enhance your knowledge base.
• Maintain accurate and current data in CRM software daily.
• Demonstrate consistent and punctual attendance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.
• Fulfill other assigned duties and responsibilities as needed.
