Your focus will be on delivering exceptional value to customers while embodying professionalism, positivity, and outstanding service.Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B and/or Inside sales experience required, with preference given to candidates with mobile sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum 100 Mbps speed
  • Home office setup meeting specified requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with business clients through consultative selling and proactive account management via phone communication
  • Drive sales performance by making outbound calls to meet established quotas
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, activity reports, and sales forecasts
  • Create tailored proposals for clients, identifying new sales opportunities
  • Nurture ongoing customer relationships through regular phone contact
  • Promote sales growth and client retention by introducing Comcast Business products and services
  • Collaborate with clients to enhance retention strategies
  • Adhere to performance metrics in a closely monitored environment, including call monitoring and productivity benchmarks
  • Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality while working from home
